Google Launches Pixel Buds Pro 2 with Pixel 9 Series
Google has unveiled the Pixel Buds Pro 2 alongside the Pixel 9 smartphones.
These earbuds are now 24% lighter and 27% smaller. Designed with 45 million ear scans, they ensure a snug fit. Users can choose from four eartip sizes and an adjustable stabilizer.
The earbuds feature 11 mm drivers for rich bass and clear highs. They also support spatial audio with head tracking. This creates an immersive listening experience. Powered by the Tensor A1 chip, they enhance sound and noise cancellation.
The Tensor A1 chip delivers audio with minimal delay. It adapts to environments 3 million times per second. This boosts Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and introduces Silent Seal 2.0 for better noise blocking.
With ANC on, the earbuds last up to 8 hours. With the charging case, this extends to 30 hours. A quick 15-minute charge adds 3 hours of use. They support USB-C and wireless charging and connect via Bluetooth 5.4.
The earbuds are water-resistant, rated IP54, and the case is IPX4. Users can access the Gemini AI assistant for hands-free help with directions, reminders, and music. The Gemini Live feature allows chats while the phone is locked.
