Google Launches Pixel 9 Pro Fold: First Foldable Smartphone with Advanced Features
Google has launched the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, its first foldable smartphone, in India. This phone features the Google Tensor G4 chip. It has an 8-inch foldable display and a 6.3-inch outer screen, both with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold features a unique hinge, allowing it to lie flat. This makes it the thinnest foldable phone at 5.1 mm. Its body is made of durable steel, topped with aluminum and a matte glass back.
The phone has scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It also has an IPX8 rating, meaning it can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes..
The foldable phone has a 48MP main camera with optical image stabilization. It can also be used for selfies via the front screen. Additionally, it features a 10.5MP ultra-wide camera and a 10.8MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
The phone has many camera features. These include Pro controls, 20x Super Res Zoom, and Macro Focus. It also offers Night Sight, hands-free astrophotography, Dual Screen Preview, and Tabletop mode. The “Made You Look” feature captures kids’ smiles by showing an animation on the outer screen.
