Last month, Google launched the Pixel 9 Pro Fold alongside the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL. The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL are already available for purchase, but the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is not yet on sale.
Now, the sale date for the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold has been announced. Here are the details.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be available for purchase starting September 4 at 12 PM IST on Flipkart. You can also buy it at Croma and Reliance Digital stores across the country.

In India, the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold is priced at Rs 1,72,999 for the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage model. There’s an instant discount of up to Rs 10,000 with select bank cards and an exchange offer of up to Rs 13,500. The phone is available in two colors: Obsidian and Porcelain.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Features
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is powered by the Tensor G4 processor with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It has a 6.3-inch outer display and an 8-inch Super Actua Flex inner display. Both displays support a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach up to 2,700 nits of peak brightness. The outer display and back are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The phone is water-resistant with an IPX8 rating. It features a triple rear camera system. This includes: a 48MP wide lens with f/1.7 aperture, a 10.5MP ultra-wide lens with autofocus and f/2.2 aperture, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 20x Super Res Zoom, and f/3.1 aperture.
The cover display has a 10MP camera, and there’s another 10MP camera on the inner screen. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold runs on Android 14. Google promises seven years of updates: OS, security, and Pixel Drops. The phone has a 4,650 mAh battery with 45W fast charging and Qi wireless charging support.
