MediaTek has launched the Helio G100, their latest 4G chip, which is an upgrade from the Helio G99 that came out in 2022. The Helio G100 is made using the same advanced 6nm technology and features powerful ARM Cortex-A76 CPU cores that run at up to 2.2GHz, along with six efficient Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz. It also has an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for handling graphics.
The chip supports 120Hz displays with Full HD+ resolution and can handle cameras up to 200MP, compared to the 108MP limit in the Helio G99. It retains the same Cat-13 4G LTE modem, supports dual 4G SIM cards, and offers VoLTE and ViLTE services for better call quality.

The Helio G100 will be featured in the TECNO CAMON 30S Pro, which will be available soon, and we can expect to see it in other smartphones, including new models from Infinix later this year.
