OnePlus Buds Pro 3: What to Expect
OnePlus is continuing to release new accessories. Their next product, the Buds Pro 3, is coming sooner than expected. Earlier this year, the company launched the OnePlus Buds 3. Now, they plan to introduce a Pro version in the coming weeks.
Sneak Peek at the Design
While OnePlus hasn’t officially teased the Buds Pro 3 yet, we have a good idea of what to expect. Thanks to SmartPrix, we have a sneak peek at the earbuds in two colors:
- Midnight Opus
- Lunar Radiance
The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 come with a stylish egg-shaped case. This case features a leather-like finish on the front. It includes:
- A pairing button
- A USB Type-C port
The earbuds have a glossy finish and seem to be developed in collaboration with Dynaudio. The case measures 6.5 x 5.2 x 2.6 cm and weighs 61 grams, giving it a sleek and modern look.
OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Specifications
In terms of specifications, the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are equipped with a dual driver setup:
- An 11mm woofer
- A 6mm tweeter, each with its own DAC
They support the LHDC 5.0 audio codec, offering:
- Up to 1Mbps bitrate
- 24-bit/192 kHz audio quality
Standout Features
One of the standout features is the upgraded noise cancellation. It is now expected to reach 50 dB, an improvement over the Buds Pro 2’s 49 dB. The earbuds will also include a Dynaudio EQ with preset EQs tailored to different music genres.
Dual Connectivity
Additionally, the Buds Pro 3 will support dual connections. This allows users to connect to two devices simultaneously, regardless of the platform.
Pricing Expectations
Although pricing details haven’t been revealed yet, they are likely to be more expensive than the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which were launched at around $145.
