OnePlus Open Apex Edition debuts in Crimson Shadow on August 7, featuring vegan leather back, diamond pattern, and iconic design details.
OnePlus introduced its first foldable phone, the OnePlus Open, last year in India and other markets. It came in two colors: Emerald Dusk with a glass back and Voyager Black with a vegan leather back.
Now, the company has announced that it will launch the OnePlus Open Apex Edition in a new Crimson Shadow color on August 7th. Like the Black version, this one also features a vegan leather back.
OnePlus mentioned that the OnePlus Open Apex Edition is inspired by the iconic Hasselblad 503CW 60 Years Victor Red Edition. It combines premium vegan leather with a classic design that feels timeless.
The back cover has a diamond-like pattern with vibrant orange accents on the Alert Slider. The other specs are expected to be similar to the original OnePlus Open. We’ll learn more about the price and details when the new version is officially launched next week.
