Design Insights:

Earlier this week, Zhou Yibao, head of OPPO’s Find series, shared a front image of the Find X8. It showed its equal bezels on all four sides. It took OPPO over three and a half years of R&D, and several trial runs, to achieve this design. Due to the complexity, a special production line was set up just for this phone.

Slim and Light:

A trusted leaker, Digital Chat Station, says the Find X8 will be very slim and light. It will be under 8mm thick and weigh less than 200g.

New Chipset:

The Dimensity 9400 chip is expected to power the Find X8 series. MediaTek will unveil its new Dimensity 9400 SoC on October 9th. The OPPO Find X8 series and vivo X200 Pro are expected to be the first devices to use this chipset. More details about the phone’s launch should be revealed soon.
