Realme is getting ready to launch the Realme 13 series in India. The company has teased the upcoming launch on its social media channels. The Realme 13 5G series is expected to include at least two models: the standard Realme 13 5G and the Realme 13+ 5G. Here’s what we know so far about the India launch.
Realme 13 5G Series Launch in India Confirmed
Realme has announced the launch of the Realme 13 5G series in India, under the slogan “Speed Has a New Number.” Now, you can find a dedicated page for these phones on Flipkart and Realme India’s website.
Teasers reveal that the Realme 13 series will feature a powerful chipset, faster RAM, and advanced charging. Furthermore, Realme has confirmed that both models will exceed the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset.
The Realme 13+ 5G, which is set for China, has appeared on the TENAA site. It features an octa-core processor with a speed of 2.5 GHz. Speculations point to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, but Realme has yet to confirm this.
Additionally, listings on Geekbench, BIS, and FCC have revealed some key specs for the Realme 13+ 5G. It’s expected to have a 12.5MP camera with EIS (likely marketed as a higher megapixel camera with pixel-binning) and a 5,000mAh battery.
The Geekbench listing reveals the Realme 13+ 5G will have at least 6GB of RAM and a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. It scored 1,043 in single-core and 2,925 in multi-core tests.
A leak suggests the Realme 13 will feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD, a 50MP main camera, a 2MP secondary lens, and a 16MP front camera. It will run on Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0.
