Samsung’s Thinnest LPDDR5X DRAM for AI Smartphones

Samsung made its chip as small as a fingernail by improving PCB and epoxy techniques. The chip has a 4-stack structure. It combines four layers, each with two LPDDR DRAMs.
Samsung is now shipping thinner chips to manufacturers. As the demand for advanced mobile memory rises, the company plans to develop even thinner 6-layer 24GB and 8-layer 32GB modules for future devices.
