Where is the Galaxy S24 One UI 6.1.1 Update Available?
The update first appeared with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. After South Korea, it reached Galaxy S24 users in the US and China. Europe will follow soon. The update includes the August 2024 security patch and is over 2.8GB. To check for it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and Install. The release is limited for now, but more countries will follow.
What’s New in the One UI 6.1.1 Update?
The update introduces several new Galaxy AI features, including:
- Sketch to Image: Turn sketches into images.
- Portrait Studio: Better tools for editing portrait photos.
- Composer Enhancements: Improved features for creating music or videos.
- Live Translate: Real-time translation, even in third-party apps.
- Translate Text in Images: Translate text from images on websites.
- PDF Text Summary and Translation: Summarize and translate PDF text without changing it to notes.
Additional features include real-time interpretation, a listening mode, Samsung Keyboard updates, automatic language detection, and weather/time wallpapers.
