Tecno has launched its new foldable phones: the Phantom V Fold 2 and Phantom V Flip 2. However, full specs and prices are still under wraps. Meanwhile, customers in Ghana can pre-order them now. Tecno has also announced pre-order bonuses, including gifts. Also, a teaser image hints these phones will support a Stylus Pen, like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Phantom V Flip 2 Pre-order Offers
From August 19th to 24th, people in Ghana can pre-order these phones by paying GHS 1,500 (about Rs 8,100). They will receive a gift box with a Bluetooth speaker, a flask, a travel bag, and a Watch 3. Also, customers get 15GB of MTN data for six months, 180 days of screen insurance, and an extra 13 months of warranty.

Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Phantom V Flip 2 Design
Tecno hasn’t revealed all the specs yet, but the teaser showcases both phones’ designs. The Phantom V Fold 2 has a rectangular camera module on the back. This module includes several sensors and an LED flash. It also seems to feature a periscope-telephoto lens. The back has a unique texture, while the front boasts a large cover screen. This screen has a central punch-hole for the selfie camera. Additionally, the phone’s foldable design is slim, with a USB Type-C port at the bottom.
On the other hand, the Phantom V Flip 2 has dual rear cameras and an LED flash on its large rear cover screen. It has a boxy design similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and is shown in a gold color option.
Both phones are now on the BIS certification website, hinting at a soon launch in India. The Phantom V Flip 2, listed as model AE10, is also on Geekbench. It will likely feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chip and Android 14. Additionally, it is expected to have a 4,590mAh battery with 70W fast charging, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
The Phantom V Fold 2, model AE11, is set to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor and 12GB of RAM. This is similar to its predecessor. It will run on Android 14 and have a bigger 5,610mAh battery, up from 5,000mAh. More specifications will be announced soon.
