Vivo has launched the V40 series in India, featuring the V40 and V40 Pro. Both smartphones come with AMOLED displays, powerful processors, and premium features. Moreover, Vivo promises impressive cameras, large batteries, and fast charging. Here’s a summary of the prices and specifications for the V40 and V40 Pro.
Vivo V40 Pro Specifications
The Vivo V40 Pro comes with a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display that supports HDR10+ and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It offers a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, paired with the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU. It includes up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device runs on Android 14-based FunTouchOS 14 and is backed by a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging.

The device is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. It also features Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC (depending on the market), and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG support.
The Vivo V40 Pro boasts a 50 MP wide lens, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide sensor. Its cameras include gyro-EIS and OIS, and use Zeiss optics with T* coating. For selfies and video calls, it has a 50 MP front camera with dual LED flash and 4K recording.

In terms of cameras, the Vivo V40 has a dual 50 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization. For selfies, it also features a 50 MP front camera.
