Xiaomi swiftly released the August 2024 security update, starting with the MIX FOLD 4 on August 1. Since then, they’ve updated four more devices. The company prioritizes device security and regularly sends updates. As the world’s third-largest smartphone maker, Xiaomi aims to keep improving.
Xiaomi August 2024 Security Patch
Xiaomi has released the August 2024 security patch for four devices: MIX FOLD 4, Redmi K50 Ultra, Redmi Pad, and Redmi Note 11. If your device hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry—it will soon. Xiaomi is testing the patch on more devices and working on the HyperOS 2.0 update.
Here are the update versions:
- MIX FOLD 4: OS1.0.9.0.UNVCNXM
- Redmi K50 Ultra: OS1.0.7.0.ULFCNXM
- Redmi Pad: OS1.0.4.0.ULYMIXM
- Redmi Note 11: OS1.0.7.0.TGCMIXM
If you own one of these devices, you’re in luck. Your device is now better protected against security threats, reducing the risk of data leaks. Many Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices will start receiving this patch soon.
